Online Ordering Support - User Already Logged In |

PROBLEM:
When I try to login it tells me that i am already signed in.
SOLUTION:
There are a few factors that can cause this problem. Some of them include:
- Your computer was shutdown before logging off the Online Ordering system due to an application
error or other computer error.
- You did not use the Logout button to close your browser window.
In either case, your user session is still active and you can do one of two things. First, you can wait
20 minutes for the session to timeout and reset itself before logging back in or if you have the problem
during our regular business hours you can call Customer Service to have us reset your session manually.
Another option, to avoid this type of situation, is to create a second login so if the first session is
locked out you can still use the system while waiting for your session to expire. This option is useful
when you are working with a customer and don't have time to wait 20 minutes for your session to timeout.
