  Online Ordering Support - Pop-up Blockers
 

PROBLEM:
When I try to login to Online Ordering I get sent right back to where i started.


SOLUTION:
You need to set Internet Explorer to allow pop-ups from our Online Ordering site by following the steps below.

Step 1

In Internet Explorer click on Tools -> Pop-up Blocker -> Pop-up Blocker Settings...

Step 2

In the "Address of Web site to allow" box type in the following address picbusiness.com and click Add.



Step 3

You should now see *.picbusiness.com in the "Allowed sites" box. Click Close at the bottom of the screen and you will be able to login to the system now.



If this solution does not work, or if you don't have a pop-up blocker option in your Tools menu, you may be running a toolbar that has a built-in pop-up blocker (i.e., Google, AOL, Yahoo, etc.). If you are running one of these toolbars you will need to turn off the associating pop-up blocker for your specific toolbar.
