PROBLEM:
I am trying to find a quote that I entered but it is not listed.


SOLUTION:
Make sure that the Date range is correct and the Entered By field is set to the appropriate name. If you did not personally enter the order you may choose the "Not Selected" option to view all orders entered by your company.

By default the date range is set to go back 2 months. If your quote was entered before that time you will need to change the start date to cover the date range for this particular order.
