Now that the new site is active, is there anything I need to do:
At this point there is very little you need to do. Just verify that you have input your selling factors
into the new product groups/product codes. If you use the features of preset installation and/or
freight charges, make sure that those are in place as well.
Will I still be able to access the original site if I need to:
Yes, for a period of approximately one month, you will be able to log in to the original site to
review historical information and print out old quotes. You can access the original log in screen
by clicking on the tab at the bottom of this document.
I keep reaching the old log in screen, how do I get to the new site:
You can reach our new log in screen by visiting our website at: www.millsupplydiv.com and click on
the link at the top of the page for "online ordering". That will bring you to a page with a
"login" tab that will bring you to our new site.
If you are using a third party application to reach our site and have saved our old URL to access
it, please update that URL to: https://epic.picbusiness.com/1000ULTRA. Once you have done that,
your application should automatically direct you to our new log in screen.
What can I do if I have any questions or problems during my setup or after the conversion:
We remain committed to assisting you with any questions or issues that may arise. Please call our customer service department at 800-243-6648 and press option 3. Inform them that you need assistance with our online system and they will transfer you to a member of our IT department.
