Effective June 1st, 2007
This document contains revisions to our Freight Policy and Fee Schedule which will become effective on
June 1st, 2007 and supercedes all previous agreements. Please read each of these policies carefully.
Effective June 1st, 2007, the Standard Handling Fee will be increased from $2.95 to $3.50 per
unit on all Custom Orders.
This Handling Fee represents a small portion of the actual cost of properly packaging and shipping your product to
insure that your customers receive a damage free order. The Handling Fee is for all custom products, regardless of
the source or delivery method, and is added to your order total. This Handling Fee does NOT apply to small parts
orders, vanes or shutters.
Customers will still be responsible for the actual cost of any premium freight services you request, such as Overnight
or 2nd Day Air. A $40.00 flat fee will be charged for all oversized orders that cannot be shipped via UPS and
must be shipped via Common Carrier (New Penn, FedEx, etc.)**. You should factor in this cost when ordering any product
that exceeds 98" after packaging. For all shutter (Palm Beach and Heritance) orders, the freight cost will be $6.00
per panel or $60.00, whichever is greater.**
Actual freight will be charged on all stock orders under $600.00 when shipped via UPS or Common Carrier. A $6.00
charge will be assessed on all stock orders under $600.00 when delivered via Mill Supply.
